He currently manages Xander Zayas, the reigning unified WBO and WBA Junior Middleweight champion, whom he signed with Top Rank at just 16 years old—making Zayas the youngest fighter ever to join the company. Throughout his career, Kahn has served the sport in managerial, promotional, and advisory roles.

In 2008, Kahn founded Hardwired Marketing Group, a strategic marketing and consulting firm serving clients both within and beyond the boxing industry.
